Student/School Crime Solvers
This program gives students an anonymous and confidential way to provide information to school officials or law enforcement about potential issues or illegal activity in a school and in nearby community.
Students may provide anonymous information in one of three ways:
Call the confidential tip line at 1-866-411-8477 (TIPS)
Submit a tip via Anonymous Mobile Tip App “P3 TIPS”
If the tip solves a crime, leads to an arrest, recovers property, narcotics, or results in disciplinary action, the student tipster may be eligible for a reward up to $100.
The Student Crime Solvers program is NOT a substitute for 9-1-1. In the event of an emergency, students are encouraged to contact a school administrator or the school resource officer immediately!
Report Illegal Guns
Our Illegal Gun Reward Program - Send a Tip, Save a Life! will pay tipsters up to $2,000 for information on individuals carrying illegal guns. Those are guns without legal permits and guns that have been stolen, are illegally concealed or are carried by convicted felons.
Here's how the program works: Anyone who knows where an illegal gun is kept or of someone carrying an illegal gun should contact Crime Solvers to provide the information. Tipsters' will not be asked to provide their names or personal information. The tipster will be assigned an anonymous tip identification number.
If the tip results in the confiscation of a gun and/or an arrest, the tipster is eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000. The anonymous tip ID number assigned when the confidential information was provide will be required to pick-up your cash reward. Tipsters that provide information via the Crime Solvers tip line are required to check back to see if the tip lead police to the seizure of gun or the apprehension of a criminal.
